Mr. Ajay Ahuja, CPA serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of C.P. Eaton Partners, LLC. Mr. Ahuja joined C.P. Eaton Partners, LLC in early July 2011. He has 20 years of work experience in managing accounting, finance, operations, and compliance matters for alternative asset managers, along with other corporate and financial services firms. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sagard Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Ahuja served as the Controller of Singer Partners, LLC, where he oversaw all infrastructure matters, including accounting, finance, operations, and investor reporting. Prior to Singer, Mr. Ahuja served as the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer of Vertical Capital and as the Controller of Five Mile Capital Partners. In the past, he began his career as a Staff Member with KPMG and also worked for several global businesses within Morgan Stanley. He is accredited as a C.P.A. Mr. Ahuja earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University and has completed his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Baruch College, CUNY, with a major in Accounting.
