Peter Thomas Martenson — Head of Distribution and Partner at Eaton Partners

Mr. Peter Thomas Martenson serves as a Partner of Eaton Partners, LLC. Mr. Martenson has 16 years of diversified management and investment experience, which includes 10 years of direct private equity funds investment experience. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Division Director at Macquarie Funds Management (USA) Inc. Mr. Martenson joined Macquarie Funds Management on July 1, 2005. Prior to joining Macquarie Funds Management in 2005, he served as a Director at Pacific Corporate Group LLC. His areas of focus include energy, clean technology, venture capital, secondaries, and special situations as partnership investments and co-investments. Prior to joining PCG, he was a U.S. Naval Officer attached to the National Security Agency and to the USS Valley Forge (CG 50) where he was involved in strategic consulting and operational management. Mr. Martenson received his M.B.A. from Yale University, holds a B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College.
