Their customer service is very unprofessional with no accountability they offer no resolution whatsoever, they just keep kicking the can down the road by asking you to call back in 7 to 10 days to check status it has been 6 weeks, multiple calls and still nothing to this day.

eBay hates its sellers and until that mindset is gone - it will never change. eBay decided it needed tight fisted control over every part of the transaction, causing cascading failures for its seller - the people who actually pay its bills. Love your sellers and not Wall Street and you will grow!

  • Poorly. It’s based on which managers have the loudest voice, as there is not a peer promotions committee. The committee is made up of management and not the engineering leaders. This is especially true for front-end engineering that gets a bad rap generally across eBay.
