Their customer service is very unprofessional with no accountability they offer no resolution whatsoever, they just keep kicking the can down the road by asking you to call back in 7 to 10 days to check status it has been 6 weeks, multiple calls and still nothing to this day.
eBay hates its sellers and until that mindset is gone - it will never change. eBay decided it needed tight fisted control over every part of the transaction, causing cascading failures for its seller - the people who actually pay its bills. Love your sellers and not Wall Street and you will grow!

Be yourself, be adaptable, be teachable and have fun! They can teach you most everything there. The one thing they will help you with is how to make those personal connections that let the customers know we care and that we are going to help them.

It’s amazing! Most interns like it and usually get hired as well if they do good work. Ebay provide full support to interns.

Not very good. There has been lot of changes in the leadership ranks
How does eBay make decisions around promotions?
Poorly. It’s based on which managers have the loudest voice, as there is not a peer promotions committee. The committee is made up of management and not the engineering leaders. This is especially true for front-end engineering that gets a bad rap generally across eBay.
