Tied directly to company performance over time. So, balance between short term and long term making it a career destination.

Commission package is really great.

Our insurance is very good. I never have issues with them not covering anything.

the commission structure is shady and unclear
Workload is high and the compensation is not reflective
I know race plays a major role in promotions and compensation. They are unfair ans have not a care in the world for including diversity into their agenda.
I feel like I am valued fairly. Echo has great benefits and overall perks.....and continue to add to them!
A lot of nepotism and favoritism plays a part in your success here. Even when you do succeed, the benefits and pay is minimal at best. They expect you to work after work and on the weekends. Especially now that they plan to have software releases on the weekend. No compensation for the weekend.
