To be honest, the day-today can get a little dull, but again, I think that's true for most jobs.

It's not like helping the homeless or anything, but you DO get to save the day sometimes, and that's always nice.

It just depends on you. I have changed teams but it was because I chose to do so.

That is department-specific. For the sales teams they are given a base salary upon hiring, and any commission beyond that is performance-based.

I believe you accrue 3.33 hours of vacation per pay period? Not 100%, but I know I have more vacation days than I can generally use. You can also roll 3 days of vacation from the previous year if you have them accrued. I DO know like anywhere, the longer your tenure, the more days you get.

Work life balance is pretty decent. The job is stressful. It's freight. Sometimes it's hard to get yourself out of work-mode, but outside of the normal 40ish hours a week, it's really up to you how much you want to work after that.
