Mr. Michael A. Hickey, also known as Mike, has been an Executive Vice President of Ecolab Inc. since August 2011 and has been its President of Global Institutional since October 2012. Mr. Hickey serves as Executive Vice President and President of Global Institutional at Ecolab Limited. He served in roles of increasing responsibility within ECHOLAB, Inc. He served as a Treasurer of The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) since July 2013. Mr. Hickey has 30 years early sales and management experience within the foodservice industry. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Services Sector at Ecolab Inc. from January 2011 to July 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President of QSR & Service Sector from January 2010 to October 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President and President of Institutional North America at Ecolab Inc. from August 1, 2011 to September 1, 2012. Over his 28-year tenure at Ecolab, he held a number of key executive positions, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Multiple Operating Units. Mr. Hickey began his career at Ecolab as a Territory Manager-in-Training in 1985. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development at Ecolab Inc. from January 2006 to December 2008 and served as its General Manager of GCS Service from January 2009 to December 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Global and Corporate Accounts at Ecolab Inc. from November 2005 to December 2005. He served as Vice President of Global Corporate Accounts at Institutional Division at Kay Chemical from July 2001 to October 2005 and served as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing from January 2001 to June 2001. He served as the Chairman of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association. He has been a Director of Standex International Corporation since October 26, 2017. He serves as a Director of the National Restaurant Association and Trustee of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. He serves as a Member of several industry organizations, including the Multicultural Hospitality and Foodservice Alliance, the Society of Food Service Managers and the Women's Foodservice Forum. Mr. Hickey graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University. He also completed executive programs through Stanford University and Penn State University.
