What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Parents do not like having to switch teachers mid year, some students have had 3 different teachers in one school year. Students should be allowed to start and finish a school year with the same teacher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes, I feel undervalued. Paying a higher salary and valuing teachers would would make me feel better.
