EF Education First Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

room for growth and open to discussion of individual needs

Review from Marketing Dept

I believe I am paid fairly.

The bonus when I hit.

Review from Sales Dept

Fair pay for great opportunities.

bonus plan and compensation match

Review from Sales Dept

My compensation package is exactly what I need

Review from Marketing Dept

The benefits package is very comprehensive.

Lots of vacation, enables good work-life balance

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation at EF is broad and dynamic including worldwide travel, amazing work environments and locations and a culture that truly has monetary value.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very little difference in pay between staff and senior managers in operations. Little progression in long-term.

Paying people fair wage for the work theyre asked to do

Ef only cares about money

More bonus will be a plus to salesperson

Review from Sales Dept

Pay your employees a fair wage, offer market value raises, don't treat your sales people as a pawn to make you rich.

Health insurance for all teachers, upon hire, should be a standard.

I am a teacher. I get paid minimum wage for prep time that doesn't cover half the time I need to meet all the requirements for class (grading, work schemes etc. So there is wage fraud, but also there is a level of pay that suggests that EF don't want their employees to be able to make a living wage

Review from Operations Dept

Get better paid (as I should) and at least have some type of health insurance.

Pay is far below what other companies pay in Boston and I saw a huge exodus of employees during the pandemic. To be fair, the benefits offered are incredible but a healthy 401K doesn't help pay the rent today

Better base salary for living wage.

Review from Sales Dept

I can't live off of what I make... I'm struggling to pay rent or just live in the city of Denver. I've been at EF for 3 years and am struggling to make ends meet because my salary is so low. I cant even think about higher education for myself while working here, we are an education company. It's bad
