Mr. David Kirsten Francis, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of eHealth, Inc. since July 11, 2016 and October 27, 2016 respectively. He received his BS in Economics, dually majoring in Finance and Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1989.
