Mr. Scott Giesler serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of eHealth, Inc. Mr. Giesler manages eHealth's legal and compliance functions. Mr. Giesler joined eHealth in September 2006. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Securities Attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for seven years. His practice focused on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations, initial public offerings, public and private company financing transactions and public company governance and reporting. Before that, Mr. Giesler was a litigation attorney with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton where his practice focused on complex white collar criminal and civil litigation matters. Mr. Giesler also previously served as law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Kelleher, United States District Court, Central District of California. Mr. Giesler holds a B.A. in environmental science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. degree from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School.
