When the manager has a day off. I enjou baking

Manager makes inappropriate comments, doesnt help out enough making for a stressful environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was the baker but also worked out front and was often doinh the job of several people including the managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager is awful at scheduling. Does not remprinand anyone for being late or not showing up for work. Does not listen to employees needs or help out front when needed
