I have worked for this company for ober a year and recently found out that they are paying the new hires $3/hour more than me, i am making $13/hour while the people i am training are making $16/hour l, and when i attempted to address this with my District Manager she lied to me

We work together well, we work as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the most oositive lrt of the company, they are the only thing that kept me working there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because u have never been written up, i have never no call no showed, i have covered every shift i have been asked and still make $500+ dollars less per patcheck than the trainees
