The manager makes you feel undervalued. Gives bigger raises to her favorites

Follow up on what workers are saying. Quit believing her lies then telling others to believe. HR?? Non existent
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
At least for this location, get a decent manager. Allow employees to be heard by HR ,if you can find them Get upper management that do their jobs

Poor customer service, no training, no policy enforcement. Different rules for Different employees. Upper executives need to find out what's really going on with their bakeries
