They hired a new manager at 17307 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505 and it's only been 1 week and 4 people already quit. There is no H.R person to talk to about how horrible this person is treating us. I've called multiple times and no answer. They refuse to fix my time card also. About to quit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all, everything in this work environment needs improvement.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are rude, ask personal questions at the job site, lazy , the list can go very long. Terrible management. No H.R
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They don't care about their team at all. Worst company I've worked for. I walk an hour to get here and they treat me like garbage. I work so hard for them and they constantly rush me. I've got hurt and burned multiple times at my workplace and they don't care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work harder than most here. I clean toilets and they refuse to provide cleaning materials, have to use my bare hands to scrub the bathroom with only a thin pair of gloves. I have no benefits although I've worked for them over 2 years. No paid time off. When opening crew is late, i don't get paid.
