My GM is a great person and is always happy to teach and lead by example. Everyone works and is driven by optimism because they treat us with respect.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

needs better understanding. and needs to stop cheating out on employees i don’t know why they hate hiring people and then hire like crazy when most needed. the tools to clean need to be updated. no reason why my hands should be ruined at EL POLLO LOCO and the pay for a cook is garbage i make 20.

Everything. They don't care about their team at all. Worst company I've worked for. I walk an hour to get here and they treat me like garbage. I work so hard for them and they constantly rush me. I've got hurt and burned multiple times at my workplace and they don't care.

They would need to make random site visits and give the management staff propper training. They would also need to keep promises made to employees.

They have to understand that there's a major diversity barrier in the workplace, Non-Hispanics and Hispanics don't really get along with each other an cause a clash of gossiping and unnecessary workplace toxicity.

Lack of communication between employees and management staff

They need to provide better opportunities for the young workers.

Make your employees look forward to coming to work instead of dreading it. Your employees are the back bone of this company. Give back to your hard working employees. To our new CEO, practice what you preach. You have designer attire, but yet we can't even have a holiday party. Seriously?
