- What does the leadership team need to get better at?needs better understanding. and needs to stop cheating out on employees i don’t know why they hate hiring people and then hire like crazy when most needed. the tools to clean need to be updated. no reason why my hands should be ruined at EL POLLO LOCO and the pay for a cook is garbage i make 20.
