What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't want to utilize any of the benefits and I've never been made aware of them.

I dont get a compensation package

Health insurance, 401k, I don't remember anything else good

I enjoy our Support Center bonus program and receiving incentives for phone and internet

Bonus and stock options. Thr company is going places. Everyone is energized by new CEO Larry Roberts.

Medical coverage is excellent and year end bonus

Yes I love it every day

The benefits are excellent and pay is above average for most company. Company works hard to cultivate a good work culture and gives a lot of support to help me advance. What I love most working for El Pollo Loco is I feel I am valued as an employee which makes coming to work enjoyable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I want to be cared for the way i care for the company. I think after showing three years of loyalty to this company I deserve at least a full time job at this place.

We don't have compensation unless they haven't tell me

Not appreciated for my job and how hard I try everyone at this company is messed up and corrupt.

ive never been asked or even have giving a clock in number its been over two weeks

Better pay and better treatment

i work hard i want more pay rate

We are under staff there for me have to do multiple peoples job and our gr still talks to us like we her kids

Hours of work are long and employees are not appreciated

Respect and clear Directions from supervisors. Customers are generally happy and ringing the bell in gratitude for my service and also genuinely thank me for my service, and have become new returning customers. I am open to assisting in every area as needed.

My payrate was decreased but they still wanted me to do manager duties

I work harder than most here. I clean toilets and they refuse to provide cleaning materials, have to use my bare hands to scrub the bathroom with only a thin pair of gloves. I have no benefits although I've worked for them over 2 years. No paid time off. When opening crew is late, i don't get paid.

You could work as a Cashier for a whole year. Get no promotion, no raise, no consideration for anything. Better hope you speak Spanish if you want to become anything other than a Cashier.

Doing work of multiple people and shift leader while not being paid for the work. Getting blamed for the mistakes of others. Working hard but then being pushed aside for the new hire that is sleeping with the manager

Constantly dismissed and brushed off

I was constantly rideculed by all management in this location. Constantly management and other enployees would accuse me of being on drugs and speak about my personal life and children. I was also promised a raise that I never received.
