needs better understanding. and needs to stop cheating out on employees i don’t know why they hate hiring people and then hire like crazy when most needed. the tools to clean need to be updated. no reason why my hands should be ruined at EL POLLO LOCO and the pay for a cook is garbage i make 20.
It's always comforting to be surrounded by people who understand what you're going through and how you feel.
They are just like 3 of them who always help each other even the cashiers they always get distract doing other things inted helping the customers

It's not. They get mad if your schedule interferes with theirs because now they have to make changes & they just won't give you any hours or days.

No hours. They never have hours. Only the "favorites" get all the hours. Its so unfair to the other employees.
