needs better understanding. and needs to stop cheating out on employees i don’t know why they hate hiring people and then hire like crazy when most needed. the tools to clean need to be updated. no reason why my hands should be ruined at EL POLLO LOCO and the pay for a cook is garbage i make 20.
The leadership team is pleasent to work with.
Some managers are unfair they have preference
training employees to respect each other and work as a team.
everything starting with having family work all together
I want to be cared for the way i care for the company. I think after showing three years of loyalty to this company I deserve at least a full time job at this place.
We don't have compensation unless they haven't tell me
Not appreciated for my job and how hard I try everyone at this company is messed up and corrupt.

ive never been asked or even have giving a clock in number its been over two weeks
Better pay and better treatment
They dont have manners or education
meetings and holding line manager accountable for unprofessional behavior
work on begin a team
If everyone works hard but a lot of the employees are there just for a paycheck
They are rude, ask personal questions at the job site, lazy , the list can go very long. Terrible management. No H.R
Hiring area leaders that actually engage and formulate ways to bring employees and managers alike to work together. Instead we have area leaders that use intimidation and shady practices to their advantage. Jose Morales claims he knows how to by pass pass HR to get his way.

managment way way way to young for when a expericance older person gets hired
Area leader, director and COO do not appreciate the hard work, they don't care about people
Not stealing money, not playing favorites. Being a mature person. And not taking advantage of people under you

Practice what you preach in the literature you publish to employees
If you're hiring somebody with false promises I went hire anybody without letting them know the truth. I was told in 3 months I would get a raise and be trained for management why haven't received any of that
its not my company i have a diffrent mentality customer service is what i love make employess feel comftable and safe workinbg not working on egg shells
By not lying to employees because after you have been hire you are on you're own
Just walked in saying they were hired, then next thing you know it I was hired.
The manager only seasons with half the measurements never the full measurement. She keeps the chicken that's left over in the microwave and serves it to the gas there's a lot of things that need to be improved
Maybe not be a corrupt company

From upper management point of view employees are just numbers
Employees and managers are bieng overworked
Currently the manager is toxic and tends to insult the employees and managers who work in the store. For all of us who need the job, we try to keep quiet because when there have been complaints, she insults us and tries to find out who is speaking.

More outreach to non-profit organizations
