The most motivated are the new people. The staff need better training program, and consistency in supervision is lacking. The supervisors are bullying the new staff and management tends to let it go.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Respect and clear Directions from supervisors. Customers are generally happy and ringing the bell in gratitude for my service and also genuinely thank me for my service, and have become new returning customers. I am open to assisting in every area as needed.
