El Pollo Loco has been one of my favorite jobs the work environment and the other employees are quite friendly but when the manager yells and swears it gets exhausting and makes you feel like no matter how hard you try you will always be useless

communication, respect, teamwork and respect for all fellow workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently the manager is toxic and tends to insult the employees and managers who work in the store. For all of us who need the job, we try to keep quiet because when there have been complaints, she insults us and tries to find out who is speaking.
