Not stealing money, not playing favorites. Being a mature person. And not taking advantage of people under you

Not sleeping with the manager or checking bills for authenticity. Stocking and prepping the night before. Not stealing money
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing work of multiple people and shift leader while not being paid for the work. Getting blamed for the mistakes of others. Working hard but then being pushed aside for the new hire that is sleeping with the manager
