Stop making fun of hourly employees and treating them like they are subhuman untouchables. Stop sticking up for and taking salary employees sides when something comes up and remember they are supervisors so do your job and supervise and not act like employees are bugging them
If they can't pay you more than 20 a hour they should give you better stock options
Many employees not engaged, motivated, dedicated to work. Employees need to strive for more than recieving their paycheck. Its a culture issue.

Actually acknowledge and ask real questions. Genuinely sit down and understand the skill base of the individual who is getting hired for the position
Improve company image, benefits and compansation to better align with the social media's "dream job". Its too easy for young applicants to be influenced by other careers. We are steady, but most young adults are not looking for steady.
