What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to make supervision a better position by higher salaries but still needs to eliminate some of the duties.
They are very skilled and experienced
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know yet as I have not gotten my hearing aids. I've gotten other kinds of compensation for thousands and thousands of dollars through electric boat that I'm happy with.

A lot of good people. The old timers with experience are typically the highlight of working there.
The bottom line workers are good for the most part. Other then being overworked and always busy. Good communication.

Like a AC because modern shops have air conditioning that's something we never had at E. B. All we had is the fan blowing hot air all kinds of noise that's why I have to need hearing aids and we had to put up with jerks like Bork in the machine shop, he was not a supervisor that was any goodHe did
Being left alone to do what I am good at.
