My colleagues (direct team, and beyond) are very real, down-to-earth people, who value each other's contribution, and who support each other when times get tough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership have a clear vision for the future of the company and are taking decisive actions to deliver for our players, our people and our shareholders!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that compensation is multifaceted - there is a great balance between direct compensation, share save, and other benefits such as Annual Leave, Healthcare, Pension, Games etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with a very diverse range of people, some that I work with on a day-to-day basis, some that are key stakeholders in the business, and all that helped to provide greater context on the role and culture at EA.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having challenging work to complete, and finding better ways to deliver for our players, and for our people. But most of all the people that I work with and the environment and culture that EA provides for me to work within and contribute to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a company that creates worlds for people to escape to, but at the heart of that company are people who connect and value each other as individuals. EA is a very real and human-centric environment to work in, and it is the humanity of the environment that creates such a positive culture.
