What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support from the team and allowance for autonomy and ways of working. You aren't watched for hours. You are expected to get the work done and attend during reasonable times but you are trusted to arrive and leave when suits you, and aren't spied on or tracked for it unless you don't hit goals.
