What's the company culture like at Emerus Holdings?
The company is growing, but it has an atmosphere of family. Still heing new there and learning the ropes, I think it will be a great place to work.There is some flexibility in scheduling. The pay is not what I expected coming from a job inside Dallas. It was a significant cut in pay for me ad and the insurance is expensive. The staff are nice and seem to work good together though, if they could just up the pay a little for staff that aren't nurses, it'd be awesome. Also they like to promote from within a++.
