Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be on top of the ball. Trying to get the company to it's best so that it'll stand out. It's still a pretty new company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your employees who know the law.
Follow the law. Stop the deceit.
Transparency, honesty and value employees.
More transparency and less cutthroat to loyal employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I actually do have insurance, almost unaffordable, to live and maintain a household. The insurance eats up most of my compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low. Emphasis is on earning bonuses. Bonuses are tied to profits. Profits come from corner cutting.
They do not value their key stakeholders at the local level. So the compensation is abysmal. You are simply a figurehead, or more accurately, a pawn.
Pay is very low for this area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work so well together. Great team work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The only people that hang on are those that are willing to put their heads down and turn a blind eye to gross negligence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food. Not much else.
Co-workers are very willing to help. They're also very willing teach things that may not be all that familiar.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparent processes, less pressure to attend the Bible studies to fit in.
Clear communication from management, stop playing favorites and reward loyalty and hard work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very quick to follow up.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of surprises when the bills come.
Senior leadership needs to go. Especially the corporate compliance department. They are corrupt.
