It is never boring. There are new challenges to improve skills and full of knowledge to learn.
Speed and freedom. I like the pace in which I work which is fast, I've been used to work in very fast paced projects, so this is good for me. And freedom because you don't need to fix your body in one place to perform your duties. Also my teammates!
