listen to employees, give them responsibilities and more freedom, focus on being good leaders and providing structure to the work

give the employees the holidays and free time they deserve, provide the benefits that are written in the contract

Being proactive, self-managing and understanding priorities. Not everything can happen at the same time. Also, being respectful of others' time. Seeing the bigger picture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
currently it has the worst from a startup and a company: no structure but slow, not understandable decision making. have the managers do better work!

The duration of the process. It takes too long

long and inefficient working hours, some toxic working colleagues, people stressed and in a bad mood
