What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are very smart, and set a great example of working hard and treating everyone with respect. From what I've seen, there are no "arrogant jerks" who obsess about power or self-promotion ( like I've seen in other places I've worked). Instead, the leaders are real teammates.
Everybody is pretty humble and ready to listen to feedback.
