They hire well spoken and social people. There is a strong focus to develop friendly relations with team members, which I think really helps with getting tasks done and achieving our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's nice to work at a company with a distributed team, it means there are ample opportunities for travel. The founders understand that work isn't real work unless it provides having an amazing life, and they want to pass this down to their employees.
