The leadership team is very open, transparent, and easy to build a rapport with. I know that I can ask them anything however working remotely does sometimes make me feel there's a distance real or imagined between what's going on in management and how it affects me.
They really care about you and also value your feedback in both daily operations and the short/long term goals of the company. Beyond professionalism, they are also super approachable and there is a strong social bond between the team (which is really hard when you have a remote workforce)
