It allows us to be ourselves. We're 100% remote, no commute, can live anywhere in the world with a decent wifi. And we're all friends, which I think is a rarity, especially in a company this size.

It's nice to work at a company with a distributed team, it means there are ample opportunities for travel. The founders understand that work isn't real work unless it provides having an amazing life, and they want to pass this down to their employees.
Everyone who we hire comes travels internationally to train on location during their training period, which makes it really easy to bring everyone into the fold culturally for a remote company. I also really like the team meetups throughout the year.
