What do you like best about the leadership team?
The camaraderie and free flow exchange of ideas
They listen to ideas and promote ownership down stream. We've got a solid team and plan for continued growth.
The best thing I like about the leadership team is they welcome feedback and encourage employees to weigh in on things happening within the company.
The leaders of the team know how to listen to suggestions and recommendations from the members.

It's decent for living a remote lifestyle
I like the fact that it is based on company performance so that we are motivated across the board to perform well.

I get a base salary but if we exceed our goals, we get fairly compensated.
Empire Flippers provide me the best compensation package ever and has really helped me a lot to sustain my needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is far below industry standards with complete lack of transparency on how the bonus pool operates.
Compensation was reduced meanwhile owners took millions out of the business to spend on thenselves. Making market rate for expected tasks and not having conpensation slashed.
Compensation was terrible for the level of skills expected. Flexible work was the only saving grace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sales team was fantastic on both sides. Not upper management.
Willingness to help each other out
They're responsive, helpful, and understanding of a remote lifestyle
Everyone is driven, smart and cooperative.
The team is diverse and coworkers are willing to share their skillsets with each other.

Everyone in their respective teams are tight knit.

Since we work remotely, we share a passion for travel and adventure.

Not sure. It's pretty awesome as it is.

Learning about the company and founders was and is extremely interesting

The interview process was well organised and enjoyable, learning about the job role, the company, as well as the individuals during the interview.
It was very casual. From what I heard about other interviewees tho, sometimes people can perceive us too casually. I'm glad I got accepted but I think the feedback for those that aren't is lacking.
I really like how the company focusses a lot on cultural and personality fits over traditional hirings that put more emphasis on your CV and work experience. I also really appreciate how transparent and open the company is.

The remote aspect - NO CUBICLE
Being given the opportunity to learn knew skills and use them in the a real-world environment.
The factors that make me happy are my bosses and co-workers.
