What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's decent for living a remote lifestyle
I like the fact that it is based on company performance so that we are motivated across the board to perform well.

I get a base salary but if we exceed our goals, we get fairly compensated.

Remote working, company-wide performance based compensation plan
I am overall satisfied with my compensation in terms of benefits (unlimited paid vacation, worldwide health insurance) and monthly bonus compensation but do wish my salary were slightly higher to make living in my home country more affordable. Gotta start my own online business haha
The compensation plan is VERY good. The base pay is great, but you also get worldwide healthcare coverage that includes dental, paid company trips and events, along with a compensation plan that rewards you for helping the company achieve it's financial goals
Profit sharing program for employees
We are on a profit share so the entire company gets to benefit based off how well the company is doing. This really gives us an ownership that just doesn't really exist in other companies
A wonderful balance of base pay and profit sharing. We can't lose. We also get to share in the wins.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is far below industry standards with complete lack of transparency on how the bonus pool operates.
Compensation was reduced meanwhile owners took millions out of the business to spend on thenselves. Making market rate for expected tasks and not having conpensation slashed.
Compensation was terrible for the level of skills expected. Flexible work was the only saving grace.
