The interview process was well organised and enjoyable, learning about the job role, the company, as well as the individuals during the interview.
It was very casual. From what I heard about other interviewees tho, sometimes people can perceive us too casually. I'm glad I got accepted but I think the feedback for those that aren't is lacking.
I really like how the company focusses a lot on cultural and personality fits over traditional hirings that put more emphasis on your CV and work experience. I also really appreciate how transparent and open the company is.

They challenge you with tough to answer but fair questions. They really want to know your going to be not just a talent fit, but also a cultural fit.
