The team at Empire Flippers are all unique and I believe you can learn a lot from each and every member. We also share similar lifestyles as well as having a passion for travelling, work, and ambitious business goals.

I really enjoy my team and think that the first 3-4 months of in-person training are really critical to building a rapport that may not feel like it's there when working remotely. In-person retreats are a super critical component of our culture.

Everything is very approachable and willing to learn from each other. There is a varied group of skill sets, so having a team that works independently remotely but is also easy to contact and collaborate with is really cool. There is a big team vibe at both the department level and company level.

The close-knit relationships between teammates

Even though we are working remotely, I feel like the distance is not a hindrance for us to work effectively as a team. We communicate on a daily basis, we also manage to schedule personal meet-ups with the team at least once a month, which really helps a lot in camaraderie.
