What is the best part about your compensation package?

Volunteering is encouraged and we are given two days to volunteer. I've begun using this dedicated, paid company time to give back in my community (local food bank).

higher management blames all the problems on others and protects each other

The company just implemented performance management with the possibility of merit increases. I got my first raise in 5 years due to this program
