Learn to speak english, the communication gap is a hazard.
Follow through on ALL job duties, not just the ones they feel like doing. Better communication would help.

Take care of your employees and b good to them.
Leadership listening to the field
Upper management needs to be controlled, reprimanded and held accountable. Staff has no one to turn to when in need.

They need to be sure of what role you will be doing, what shift and the like. Finding out on start day is a bit overwhelming.
Shorten the process / be more responsive
Huge interview panels with multiple rounds. I also had to answer 15 essay questions

Set a clear direction for the organization and proactively communicate major changes that seem constant.
