What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, empathy, and organization - these are the pillars I look for in a leader. Our CEO, Billy Milam sends a message each week and it feels like he's talking directly to me. He always talks about visiting with colleagues, sharing their stories, and keeping us moving in one direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Volunteering is encouraged and we are given two days to volunteer. I've begun using this dedicated, paid company time to give back in my community (local food bank).

My team is small, but powerful. They listen, are always open to new ideas, and foster creativity on a daily basis. I'm motivated but feel as though I've become MORE creative simply by being around so many bright people who want to leverage tech, grow sales, and treat each other well.

People aren't just polite, they are genuinely kind and easy to work with. They're also prompt when it comes to sending reports, data, or fulfilling requests.

The people who interviewed me. All have left or have been laid off.

I talked to 5 people but it could have easily been more - some firms give you many rounds of interviews. These were quick, and moved along without a snag or delay. The process took less than three full weeks.

What makes you most happy at work?
work with a good team and working very well.
I work from home, so I don't have the stress of a commute. I'm also able to direct my own day as a manager with little oversight. I proved that I'm a trusted, hard-working manager and that did not take long to do. They recognize your potential at EB and work to unlock it.
