Bonus, benefits and employee engagement
The amount of coverage that is provided for bills
Very good coverage and benefits
I do enjoy our 401k plans and company match, however, I'm aware there are companies that provide better and even pay some or all of their employees' health/insurance benefits.
vacation for part time position
I am paid a fair salary
Nothing really benefits are ok and pricey
Encompass Health benefits are great!
Good coverage for reasonable premiums
My personal time off allocation
The benefits are good and affordable.
health insurance from day one
Benefits on the first day
PT0 accumulation and 401K plan
Benefits, the base pay is in the median range. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the CEO. Bonus structure could be more transparent.
Benefits start on the hire date
I work PRN so I do not get benefits or compensation but I am paid very well to compensate for that
They pay fair wages and have a good 401k program.
great coverage and priced fairly
Great Benefits! Medical, 401K, Pension. Bonuses. Awards, diversity and inclusion.
I am PRN, so I do not qualify for benefits and I understand that. I did not know how to answer the question.
giving bonuses to staff members who dont have good patient care and dont chart
I feel undervalued because my 2 raises that I have received over the 3 years that i have worked for this company does not even add up to be a dollar! In 3 years this company has basically said to me that my work, loyalty, dependability is not worth paying more than the average.
the current administration and the human resource office make you feel this way
A pay increase. There is a lot of responsibility.
Better overall pay and 401k matching
My 18 year old daughter who just graduated high schools first job as a receptionist in town pays more than I make after 3 years in Purchasing/Supply. We get the same evaluations every year that really have nothing to do with raises. Raises are standard 2-3% based on a budget.
I am a degreed professional and people at mcdonalds get paid more than me
unsafe patient staff ratios and working with limited resources with an endless task list
I am a clinical staff member and with the epidemic looming on there has not been an increase in compensation despite work-related exposures or nursing shortage.
A company is only as good as their employees. Over worked and underpaid employees will choose to go somewhere else and what good is a company without its heartbeat?
Sr Management need to support operations
Compensation under national average compared to similar roles in industry
Review from Sales Dept
I think that employees should be rated and paid according to their value and skill not their employment status. Also, PRN employees should be eligible for some incentives if they work for them and deserve them. For example the the RNT1 RNT 2 or RN 1 RN 2 tiers.
Review from Operations Dept
They pay everyone the same at a starting rate and not by experience. The give no incentives for valuable employees that help and keep things in order
Review from Customer Support Dept
Competitive wages with the competition in the area.
Review from Operations Dept
Decreased cost of benefits, and increased rate of pay
Review from Customer Support Dept
401k match at 3-5%. And annual merit increases would be incentive
Review from Sales Dept
Poor pay for my degree, increased wages would make me happier.equality
I believe I am asked to more than my job description which should entitle me to more pay, but does not.
