I am PRN, so I do not qualify for benefits and I understand that. I did not know how to answer the question.

giving bonuses to staff members who dont have good patient care and dont chart

I feel undervalued because my 2 raises that I have received over the 3 years that i have worked for this company does not even add up to be a dollar! In 3 years this company has basically said to me that my work, loyalty, dependability is not worth paying more than the average.

My immediate team is amazing. We aren't a big department, but that's also what allows us to get to know and trust each other. We're here for each other and make sure no1 fails. We hold each other accountable when needed and also assist each other when needed.

The culture is toxic and Sr management is selective in enforcing code of conduct.

Focus on coaching teams up and investing in their development rather than hiring employees with intent to let them go
