Management leaves a whole lot to be desired!!! Knowledgeable nursing staff for the most part

The group of experienced and devoted nursing staff who work together as a team despite management's pettiness
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some really good employees who do not receive the recognition they deserve. The lazy employees always seem to get rewarded for being lazy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have my BSN and there are new nurses hired on who only have their ADN who make the same amount of money that I do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be nice for management to have the nurses back instead of worrying about petty things. Management never telling their nursing staff to "take the high road"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to focus on things like staffing and employee moral instead of the petty things like nurses being required to pass lunch trays when they have not had enough time to get blood sugars
