As per a market research the role I am in generally received 5% higher than what I had been making or they get benefits such as yearly bonus etc but here we don't have a bonus neither is the pay out good not do we have monthly incentives This really adds to the work stress and demotivation

I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.

There is no defined career path for the administrative area (marketing, sales, etc.). Because the positions are so horizontal, there is no way to grow or move into other positions. There is no process for increasing salaries as there is in the delivery area.
