No salary negotiation at the time of joining. My roles in company were explained well while joining. Fair annual appraisal and this rather push you to work hard and take the company's reputation forward as expected by the leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation in other places can be 25% higher for my role. Also not having a career path or any performance reviews makes me think this will not improve.

Have been three years now without salary reviews in Mexico. I understand de circumstances, but expenses and cost of living is increasing, but income is not. Other than that, is clear management is trying their best to revert this situation. But yes, we all need a raise.

As per a market research the role I am in generally received 5% higher than what I had been making or they get benefits such as yearly bonus etc but here we don't have a bonus neither is the pay out good not do we have monthly incentives This really adds to the work stress and demotivation

I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.

I am paid well below the competitive salary range of my job role. The satisfaction of the client to my work's quality does NOT equate to the salary I am earning in this company. There are other companies offering salary that is way higher than my current salary.

I shared my concerns with the manager, but no action was made (I had some benefits with my older project they were removed with my new project), they only act when you are moving to another company.

There is no defined career path for the administrative area (marketing, sales, etc.). Because the positions are so horizontal, there is no way to grow or move into other positions. There is no process for increasing salaries as there is in the delivery area.
