We care about the quality of our work and communicate well. We also know how to have fun, when the situation warrants.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do a lot of high quality work on highly visible and unusual projects. I don't think the company recognizes the significant work I do or value I bring to the table. People in a similar position in the industry are paid more.
