What are some of the best things about your team?
All productive and hard working. Everyone I interact with is very reliable and capable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Monetarily, I am currently undervalued. I have been doing way more work than I am being compensated for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Manager does seem concerned about the well being of me and my team. Culture is hard to say because we are so diverse/not all in the same location
