Working on something that improves peoples lives, customer or coworker

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better pay and bonuses. Making a profit is important, but caring about people (employees and customers) is more important.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonuses for non supervisors are $1-2K less than before the acquisition. New hires are getting higher salaries but existing employees salary hasn't been adjusted accordingly.
