What did you like most about the interview process?

It was personal. I talked with the President of the operating company directly and got my questions answered

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Allowed the freedom to make decisions and directly influence the company output. We do cool stuff with cool clients.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Innovation should be rewarded in some way. There should be some sort of financial benefit and recognition that rewards an employee going above and beyond in coming up with a way that will keep Engie in front.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Engie has the potential to stay the leader in the industry. That potential is because the employees are in alignment with the green vision of Engie's leadership. When employees are energized by a strong plan, perpetual leadership results.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Truly amazing how over-performers want to be with each-other. Everyone says 'A' type personalities have a hard time working together. At Engie I see 'A' type leaders learning from and leaning on one another. It is truly an amazing experience.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with are great. I could stay and work at home some days and I just don't. I'd much rather go to work. The support network is there to handle the pressures. High pressure work + talented team = job satisfaction
