It is higher probably than the average (to be confirmed) but this is a contextual evaluation
I am working in a country that is not mine, for a little over 25 years. When the company where I worked closed, it was difficult for me to relocate, I had the feeling that they did not care about me. I would recommend a unified pay scale in addition to compensation and benefits
More compensation. Career progression. Better staffed teams.
Salaries are below the market and workload is quite higher compared to other companies. Besides, compensation and benefits are one of the worst of the market whilst paying the posible minimum for millions euro generating positions.
because not all operatives are paid equally
I feel the pay has to be according to skill as well not just basic all round.People are paid the same pay either not skilled and skilled .Looks like the pay is per department not individual based.Being highly qualified and highly skilled i feel undervalued getting same as low qualified and low skill
Pension is very low at Peakers Operations. This need to be increase to help us when we retire

Paying all employees a living wage and not minimum wage. Management treat long term employees like agency staff and that their long loyal service was a waste of time .

The high salary of the direct manager is in direct proportion to his incompetence. He offends the team members. He is not judging us through our knowledge or expertise but considers that as long as you are not working in Paris, you don't deserve better salaries
unable to match market rates
Innovation should be rewarded in some way. There should be some sort of financial benefit and recognition that rewards an employee going above and beyond in coming up with a way that will keep Engie in front.
